Saturday Silence & Sunday Static
After a marathon Friday of architecting the Frequencies of the Shield, I decided to take a much-needed ‘Sanctuary’ break on Saturday. No Rifts, no Static, just a full-body reset (my back and neck definitely staged a protest after all that world-building!).
But the ‘Productive Detour‘ was a massive win. I’ve officially mapped out the Playlists Page over on My Healing Compass, bridging the gap between Awen’s 60s/80s soul and the cinematic ‘Universe-Seed’ energy of composers like Hans Zimmer and Danheim.

- The Book: Awen and Sheriton are standing in the terminals of PITTSBURGH —the tension is rising.
- Today’s Mission: We are diving into the Podcast Archive. I’m looking for new frequencies to add to my listening vault—stories and discussions that match the mystery, ‘Healing’ and ‘Gamer-Grit’ of 2026.
Taking a breath is just as important as taking the leap. Now, the tea is hot, Awen’s iPod is charged, and we’re back to work.
