Two Journeys, One Destination: The Web Expands.
Today is all about balance (well, I am most day’s I’m a Libra!). While I’m taking a moment for some ‘Architectural Maintenance’ (Cleansing, hydrating, face masks, tea in hand), the world of the ABP Saga is pulling in two different directions.
In the midst of Kansas, the original Trio—Awen, Sheriton, and Cualli—are no longer alone. Their group is expanding as 3 becomes 6, and the stability they fought for is beginning to fray at the edges.
Meanwhile, Megan is on a high-stakes solo trail that started in Bay Head, NJ, and is leading her through the heart of Jalisco, Mexico. She’s hunting for her brother, Tom and following the memories of those who survived the 2008 Mexican trip.
Awen and Megan are worlds apart for now, but the threads are all leading to the same place.
Current Focus:
- Expansion: Weaving the 3 new faces into the Kansas Trio.
- The Hunt: Tracking Megan’s solo path through the heat of Mexico.
- The Goal: Pushing past 3,000 words while the current flow is strong.
The 16-year-old dreamer is smiling today. The plan is coming together, and the forge is officially open for business.
So, whereas I won’t totally be relaxing this weekend, in all fairness, if anyone is a lover of reading, you’ll know that living the many lives of others is one of the highlights of it all. It isn’t much different for the writer either. I, too, get to live a thousand lives, but also create those lives.
I am working hard, and Breathe is going to be mental!
