I hope this finds you well!

What a beautiful start to the day here in my home from home in the Welsh Valley.

Just a quick update: I did a bit of clean-up and revamp on the site yesterday. Looking a lot better. The more I learn to use the tools, the better they will become.

Project 1 of my 10-Step The Executive Flow 7-Day Nervous System Reset is complete and ready to go!

I am currently working on project 2, which relates to my previous work on My Healing Compass and beyond.

My aim is to make healing as smooth as can be for those who have struggled. Like I have. Not everyone feels great every day. Some days you just don’t wanna get out of bed, and I understand that far more than you realise. At one point, I had only 5 or 6 days a month when I felt alright and had the motivation to get up and do more than just lie there. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and with consistency, you will get there. You just have to listen to your body and know that every effort is a good effort. As long as you do something, and if that’s getting up, brushing your teeth or washing your face, then that’s good enough.

Consistency, not intensity.

As the great Brit’s say, ‘Right then!’ lol
