Sorry, it’s been a while; so much has been going on in my personal life, but I am clawing my way back.

From where I left off, I had completed a lot of my Healing Compass, and I still have a few more pages to do, but at the moment, I have been engrossed in expanding my work.
Yes, you heard that right.
I have been working on a 10-step plan to bring more of my ideas to life for you, expanding my reach to help as many of you as possible.
Just yesterday, I published my 7-Day Nervous System Reset programme, which includes:
- Morning Affirmations: Short, mental resets to set your intention.
- Daily Movement: Targeted somatic flows to release executive tension.
- Mapping Body Sensations: Guided journaling to identify stress patterns.
- Evening Reflections: 3-minute check-ins to lock in your progress.

Today, I am working on the next programme I will bring to you very soon.
So much to do and very little time to do it in. However, I am very excited about it all!
