Gooood Morrrnnnning!

The morning is thick with fog up here in the mountains of our lushest Wales. A little drizzly, but I‘m wrapped up warm ready for the day.

A little update on my progress:

The files (CBT,DBT,ACT etc.) are complete and uploaded over on the Wellness page.

I will be finalising and uploading samplethe Journalling pack.

After Journalling I will be moving onto Physical Exercise & Movements.

Kick start the day with a little tune.
