Today is a wet one, but the sun is peering through the clouds.
I hope this finds you well, and that whatever you do today is good.
I have a poorly child at home today, very much under the weather. This is why I‘m late with my post.
A little quick update before I go back to it.
My Healing Compass is coming along nicely. I successfully uploaded three files yesterday. My apologies for the delay; I was having major issues with Adobe and was trying to convert them to PDF. I am still waiting for this programme to be finalised. It‘s literally said it‘s on 90% for hours. This could be my connection, but I find it very hard to believe, as I‘m having no issues anywhere else.
Anyway!
CBT & DBT worksheets are available over on the ‘Wellness‘ page. I will complete the set asap (ACT, MBCT, CFT, ET), and then I will upload sample journals for people to download.
These journals are completely optional; you can create your own, and no one needs to wait for mine if they don‘t want to. I just wanted to give an example to help further.
Right-oh, I‘ll leave you to it. I‘ll get back to my downloads, make them all available and finish the journals.
