I hope this finds you well.

It is a very foggy, rainy morning here up in the mountains, but I‘m not letting that foreshadow my experience.

I have work to do!

I‘m having my first morning’s coffee and then I will be getting right to it.

Update:

Saturday, My Healing Compass became Live!

All worksheets were completed on Saturday, also.

This morning, I am finalising the files and converting them into PDF, which will be uploaded to the site

To find these files they will be in at the bottom of the ‘Wellnesssection.

Right now, ‘Wellnessis available.

Moreover, once the PDFs are uploaded to the Wellness section, I will be moving on to the Journaling and Physical Exercise & Movements sections.

Journaling: I will be working on this week, as I believe it goes hand in hand with my worksheets and is vital to most aspects of keeping track of your progress.

I will leave it there and get back to it. The quicker I get the PDFs done the sooner I can work on your journals.
