We have waited 3 years for this people!
Bloody hell!
I wanted to stay awake last night to watch the first episode, but ultimately sleep took me by 1:10am, lol.
I will not skip today, no matter how much I want to. I will do my work, and I will make today count. Then later, when my daughter gets home, and we‘ve had dinner, I will sit and watch the first episode, for sure, lol. It probably won‘t stop me thinking about it, though. But work must come first, reward later.

5. Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Content (Almost Complete)

We‘re on track. I will get this done. Even if I don‘t get the videos, Music, Podcasts, etc, completed as well, I can add them gradually over next week. The most important thing, I think, is getting the PDFs uploaded.
