Good morning!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend, and whatever you did, it was good, restful and just because you wanted to.

Start freeing yourself from social norms, and do what you want to do.

Today’s update is my commitment to creating a worksheet file for y’all to download. It will be available on my Healing Compass page, under —> Wellness —> 5. Practical Daily Tools: Coping, Calm, & Focus.

The worksheets will involve techniques on CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, and Exposure Therapy.

I hear ya, “Wth is CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, Exposure Therapy?”

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

and

Exposure Therapy is really what it sounds like. It‘s about facing your fears. I know how that may be for a lot of you, and this is still a work in progress for me as well. But consistency is key, and it‘s about managing, not curing, the problem. You‘ll never be fully healed. I‘m sorry if that’s not what you want to hear, but you won‘t. No one can wave that magic wand to make it all go away. Do you know what will happen, though? You will get through it, you will learn to cope with it. Adapt. Just as you always have. You will learn from it, then deal with it. And make no mistake, you will conquer it.

No matter what life throws at you, you‘ve got this <3

You‘re stronger than you give yourself credit for, my lovies.

The fact you‘re reading this right now proves it.

You‘re amazing, and this world needs you.

Another file I will include is a Journaling worksheet for those of you who wish to get into journaling. It helps a lot. It‘s a way for you to personally look back on all the hard work you‘ve done. I look back on mine often to remind myself of how I dealt with certain situations, as well as to use the exposure therapy technique of recalling how something made me feel, so I can compare how it makes me feel now.

There will also be another take on journaling, which I will include: your manifestation journal, also known as a visual board. I will go into detail with these on the Wellness page.

For now, I hope this finds you well. If not, I implore you:

Get Up!

Jump about!

Get that Heart Pumping!

Let your inner child have a moment of fun. Remember what it was like to be 5-10 years old again.

Shake It Out!

Here’s a song for you to move to! It doesn’t matter how you move; get those interpretive dance moves on the go, let your body do the talking.

The lyrics to this song are so immense! So powerful

Love

Devotion

Feeling

Emotion

Don‘t be afraid to be weak

Don‘t be too proud to be strong

Just look into your heart, my friend

That will be the return to yourself

The return to innocence

The return to innocence

And if you want, then start to laugh

If you must, then start to cry

Be yourself, don‘t hide

Just believe in destiny

Don‘t care what people say

Just follow your own way

Don‘t give up and use the chance

To return to innocence

That’s not the beginning of the end

That’s the return to yourself

The return to innocence

That’s return to innocence”

Can‘t go wrong with a little Enigma. I grew up on this music. I always return to it.

I hope you enjoy.

Have a wonderful day

Sending you a virutal hug <3
