I hope this finds you well and that you‘re ready to take on the start of the new week with a spring in your step.
I hope the weekend was good too. I had a lovely rest for once, and I do enjoy a good lay-in.
Update:
With the completion of both the Worksheets and Journal, I have now moved on to Physical Exercise and Movement. This page will be the last for this year, and I will continue the other pieces of My Healing Compass in the new year. Christmas is fast approaching, and I also have a rerelease to prepare for.
Book 2 of the ABP Series – Breathe, will be coming very soon.
